Time Taken to Apply for a Student Visa
Applying for a visa can take some time and can vary depending on where you apply. It is important that you allow plenty of time when making flight, course or accommodation bookings.
- Completed Application Form (All questions must be answered in full, please do not leave any blanks)
a. Copies of the Visa Application Form must be submitted.
b. 3 recent passport photographs required - one to be attached securely to each copy of the Visa Application Form. - Visa Application Fee
- Student Visa Application Form
- 2 copies of the student's complete passport (Blank pages included)
- 2 copies of an expired passport, showing evidence of travel abroad.
- Passport must have more than 6 months validity from the date of the course's commencement.
- Evidence of any visa refusals from other countries Failure to include this can result in problems for a student.
- You should allow as much time as possible when applying for a visa but a minimum time of 8 weeks is recommended
- The visa section will endeavour to have your application assessed as soon as possible
